HOW DOES MARY 'CONNECT' TO MY LOVED ONES?
Mediumship is a blending of energies. Mary blends her soul's energy with the energy of the souls of your loved ones in spirit. Your own energy is important to the process, as well, as your energy is also engaged in the blending process, functioning as a sort of energy supply for the communication between Mary and your loved ones.
HOW DOES MARY 'COMMUNICATE' WITH MY LOVED ONES?
Mary is clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsatient, claircognizant, clairsalient, and clairgustant. This means that she sees, hears, feels, knows, smells, and tastes as means of communicating with your spirit loved ones. In other words, people in spirit use all of Mary's humanly senses to communicate the information they want to get across. Sometimes this happens through the utilization of just one sense at a time, but most commonly multiple senses are used simultaneously. Because your spirit loved ones will typically utilize multiple senses concurrently, this means that Mary must work hard to piece each sensory component together to determine the information that your spirit loved one is trying to convey. Humans are far less intelligent than people in spirit, and obviously Mary is human - thus, there is certainly room for misinterpretation of information. Do not ever be afraid to tell Mary that you do not understand something she is saying. A 'no' is simply an opportunity for Mary to go back to the person(s) in spirit for clarification.
DOES MARY SEE SPIRIT PEOPLE STANDING IN FRONT OF HER?
No, Mary does not see people in spirit with her physical eyes. Like the majority of mediums, Mary sees spirit people in her mind's eye.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EVIDENTIAL MEDIUMSHIP AND OTHER FORMS OF MEDIUMSHIP?
Evidential mediumship is the only form of mediumship that Mary practices, and that is very, very important. Evidential mediumship is conducted with the aim of bringing through irrefutable information about the spirit communicator and yourself that Mary could have absolutely not known unless she was indeed communicating with your loved one.  Some examples of information that Mary and evidential mediumship may provide are: a physical description of your loved one, a description of his/her personality, occupation, family sizes, description of family relationship dynamics, inside jokes, specific memories, unique sayings and verbiage, descriptions of specific objects important to the spirit person, cause of the spirit person's passing, and events that have been going on in your life since their passing. The possibilities for evidence are truly endless, and the spirit communicator is in charge of what he/she chooses to talk about. Often, the types of evidence that are provided will align with the spirit person's personality and/or what is for the client's highest and greatest good in terms of healing.
CAN I ASK MARY TO CONNECT TO A SPECIFIC PERSON IN SPIRIT?
Connection to a specific person in spirit cannot be 100% guaranteed, although Mary will always try her absolute best. It is important to understand that Mary cannot control which of your loved ones come to connect from the spirit world. This stated, 9/10 times you will end up hearing from at least one of the loved ones that you were hoping to speak to. Additionally, if half of your reading has concluded and your most desired loved one has not stepped forward, Mary can usually connect to that person if you provide her with the relationship (i.e. if you say, "dad", or "husband"). This person not having stepped forward on his/her own does not mean that he/she is not present for the reading, but can be due to a variety of other factors (please see the "Prepare For Your Reading" section for more on this).
SHOULD I BOOK A VIDEO CHAT READING OR A PHONE READING?
This is entirely up to you. Mary does both. Often times, people may find phone readings to be more desirable because your facial expressions and personal physical attributes are totally blind to Mary - she absolutely does not use those things for readings whatsoever, but some people prefer the peace of mind that its not even possible in the first place. Other times, clients may desire to see Mary physically on video. This is a personal choice, but choosing one modality over the other in no way impacts the quality of your reading. Although, phone readings will ensure you don't need to experience how much Mary talks with her hands - haha ;)
HOW ARE READINGS STRUCTURED?
While all readings are different and unique, the majority of readings are generally structured into three main parts: 1) The spirit communicator must be identified. Mary will begin by giving descriptions of information being provided by the communicator. This continues until the spirit person is identified by you. 2) Mary will relay additional information being provided by the spirit communicator. This is the 'meat and potatoes' of the reading and is where the unique and detailed evidence truly lays. This portion of the reading should evidentially show you that life and love absolutely exist after death. Multiple messages are often interwoven throughout the evidence during this portion of the reading. 3) Mary will ask your spirit loved one(s) for a closing message as to why they stepped forward for the reading. Messages can be very profound with very detailed information about your past or present, or they can be as simple as an 'I love you'.  Steps 1-2 repeat as each new spirit person steps forward, and the reading concludes with step 3. It is important to remember that while readings are 'usually' structured the same way, ultimately the spirit communicators are in charge of the information throughout the entirety of the reading. Thus, a deviation is certainly possible!
CAN MARY CONNECT TO CHILDREN, PETS, OR PEOPLE WHOM PASSED BY SUICIDE?
Absolutely! Children, pets, and people whom passed by suicide are on the other side just as everyone else is! Usually, an adult loved one in spirit will step forward first prior to bringing a young child through to connect. Children that transitioned prior-to, during, and very shortly after birth can/do come forward with other loved ones to connect as well. The same typically occurs with pets as well - a loved one in spirit will bring the pet through with them. This stated, while Mary will bring the pet through with the spirit person, she typically won't always mediumistically converse with the pet specifically. She can/does on some occasions, but it's not commonplace for Mary. There are specific mediums out there who specialize in animal communication, mainly utilizing clairvoyance and clairsentience. This is not Mary, so if you desire to speak primarily to your passed pet, please research mediumistic animal communicators to find a medium that is better fit for you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PSYCHIC WORK AND MEDIUMSHIP?
Psychic work and mediumship work both function via one soul's energy connecting with the energy of another. When a psychic works, he/she connects to a living person's soul energy. When a medium works, he/she connects to the soul energy of a deceased person. Mediums have to be psychic by definition and have psychic abilities as a basis of skill, but to the contrary, not all psychics are necessarily mediums.
DOES MARY DO PSYCHIC READINGS OR MAKE PREDICTIONS?
In addition to mediumship readings, Mary also provides intuitive guidance readings. Such readings are soul-to-soul, which means that Mary connects to you rather than a spirit loved one. Mary believes that life and our life paths are fluid, and that the future is not set in stone. Thus, intuitive guidance readings are intended to bring clarity to you, your life, and current/past situations, which you may then use as guidance towards healing and growth as you pave your own future.
WHAT ABOUT EVIL SPIRITS? DO I NEED TO BE AFRAID?
You absolutely do not need to be afraid! First and foremost, Mary does not believe in evil spirits.   The spiritual world is filled with growth, light, and love only. Secondly, Mary has never had a single experience that has made her even so much as feel uneasy while working with the spirit world - it's exactly the opposite, actually! We are all certainly entitled to our own personal belief systems, but any discussion about evil or darkness other than curiosity-related questions, or to try to push a belief system of fear onto Mary could result in the termination of your appointment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULEÂ MY READING APPOINTMENT?
Mary will be happy to reschedule your appointment with a 24-hour notice. Every reasonable accommodation will be made to get your appointment rescheduled for as close to the original date as possible.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of 50% of your appointment fee - no exceptions. No-shows will forfeit their full appointment fee.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
If either you or Mary Kathleen feel that an energetic match is not present and/or that a validated connection with spirit is not being made within the first ten minutes of your reading, either party may terminate the appointment and the client's payment will be refunded. Beyond ten minutes, there are no refunds and no exceptions.
HOW SOON CAN I SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AFTER I'VE ALREADY HAD ONE?
Mary does not have a specific policy regarding repeat appointment counts or timeframes, as she believes that appropriateness varies on a case-by-case basis and is a personal decision. She asks that clients check in with themselves intuitively to ensure that their previous appointment(s) have helped them as a tool in their healing process, and have not been a cause of stagnation or a hinderance. If after doing so you feel drawn to book another appointment, please feel free to do so. Should Mary ever feel readings are being relied upon by a client in an unhealthy manner, she will cancel the appointments and refund payment(s) in full.
